I never thought i would need to fight for my money back. The main complaint is booking something having the company take your money then come back to tell you that the cost quoted is not available. I booked a stay at the san diego welk resort at book vip.

It s taking alot of phone calls and persistent nagging. Another four star review for bookvip. Always book trips with a credit card because they offer protection.

The ease of booking was excellent. They canceled my 3200 vacation and refuse to refund my money. I will get my money back.

After book vip secured the total amount for the vacation package i was informed that i was not eligible for the 500 activity credit because i was traveling in 2021 not 2020. Book vip even gave us a free catamaran excursion. The sakes presentation at the resort was too long 3 1 2 hours.
