Finally they tell me there was a problem processing the booking and the refund process starts within 7 12 days. Worst company bad customer service and it took me 5 hours of research to actually find a customer service support line.
Customer service was unresponsive for two hours. Now i don t have the means to book a new stay and i didn t receive any compensation. When you go into contact us you get a box to fill in the details of your problem suggesting you are talking to someone.
Even so when my booking at hotel las casas de la juderia was unusable due covid spanish border closure followed by 1 year voucher followed by hotel closure until march 2021 with promise of refund quote without guarantee last sept 2020 which they refused to honour followed by unacceptable offer of 2 year voucher and. A different agent each time who does not know the case and cannot help our customer service managers do not talk with customers and r e f u s e to do so what. They want to charge me because someone booked in one of my properties at a later date and i want to cancel it.
I still have not got mine. I usually use competitor websites but the price was a bit better here so i went with it trusting the brand. Never had a major issue and their customer service was always amazing for quick fixes.
I am suspicious of why they hold onto the money. Customer service is a terrible call centre in another country where you get cut off and keep having to repeat the whole story to some person who is clueless.
